Investigation into sudden death

THE sudden death of a power station contractor is being investigated.

The death of the AMEC contractor, the leading contract company at the West Burton power station site, happened on Thursday February 4.

The incident was not at the power station and is being dealt with by the relevant authorities, says AMEC.

Workers left the power station as a mark of respect today (Friday).
